INGREDIENTS:
- Pork
- Garlic
- Rosemary
- Pepper
- Kosher salt

THE RECIPE Redeacted:
- Stab your pork loin all over.
- Fill stabs with whole garlic cloves.
- Seasonthe outside of the roast with rosemary, pepper and kosher salt.
(Don't be afraid of it being too thick. Most pork roasts are covered in a layer of
fat. The herb mixture froms a kind of crust that will chip right off of the fat.)
- Cook it to 170 deg.
- Take it out of the oven. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes
(this is important! it completes the cooking without drying out the meat).
- Carve and enjoy
