INGREDIENTS:
  • Pork
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Kosher salt
THE RECIPE Redeacted:
  1. Stab your pork loin all over.
  2. Fill stabs with whole garlic cloves.
  3. Seasonthe outside of the roast with rosemary, pepper and kosher salt.
    (Don't be afraid of it being too thick. Most pork roasts are covered in a layer of
    fat. The herb mixture froms a kind of crust that will chip right off of the fat.)

  4. Cook it to 170 deg.
  5. Take it out of the oven. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes
    (this is important! it completes the cooking without drying out the meat).
  6. Carve and enjoy
