INGREDIENTS:
- Mushrooms
- Bacon
- Chopped garlic
- Pepper

THE RECIPE Redeacted:
- Separate the stems from the caps and brush the dirt off of the caps
(if you wash the caps they will get water logged).
- Chop the bacon finely.
(my favorite way is in the food processor)
- Add some garlic and pepper.
- Cook a little of the mixture in a frying pan to check the seasonings.
- Adjust the seasonings if necessary.
- Stuff the caps with the mixture.
- Bake in an oven until done.
(or alternatively, you could try grilling them. Just try to use a low-med flame so they don't cook too fast and burn on the bottom and be raw on top)
